The All-in Classic package includes space, the Beta system stand, furnishings and the most important services. The ideal package for participating in Ilmac with little effort.

All-In Lux

Put your stand in the limelight even more by using the new Lux stand package. This has a modern design with a backlit rear panel.

Cabin for All-In Lux

You can book a cabin in addition (3 m²). In this case, the stand is a end-of-row stand (without adjacent stands).

The package is only valid for associations and institutions. The Ilmac team will check your registration.

Your stand in the common area of the Pharma Logistics Days is ready for you to use. The design of the stands including stand equipment is fixed.

Startup-Area

The platform for start-ups, newcomers from the life science industry and trade fair newcomers.

Prerequisite for participation

  • Your company is not older than 3 years (extract from the commercial register). If this is not the case, please explain why you are still a startup when you register
  • You have a current innovation in the field of laboratory technology, process engineering, biotechnology or chemistry
  • Your products or services have ideally only been on the market for a short time or are about to be launched on the market
  • Live presentation of 3-5 minutes in front of the audience 
  • Limited number of participants
  • Your registration will be checked first and you will receive a definitive confirmation at a later date. 

Ilmac 365 Platform

If the basic media package is not included in your stand package, it will be automatically displayed and calculated in the calculator.

The digital media package "Starter" is included in the participation packages and includes:

Your poster at the Scientific Poster Wall

The Ilmac Poster Session offers a platform for institutions, companies and experts to present their research results on a poster.
The Ilmac Scientific Poster Wall is visible and accessible to over 12,000 participants over three days.
Requirements:

  • Each poster should be clearly and attractively designed to convey the most important information.
  • A poster abstract must be provided to the Ilmac team in advance by 31.08.2025.
  • Poster format: F4 poster with the dimensions 895 x 128 mm, excluding printing and graphic design.

Tickets for the Ilmac Party (limited)

Order additional tickets for the Ilmac Party on Tuesday, 16.09.2025 in the Bambusnest, Hall 2.0 for exhibitors (2 tickets are already included in the stand packages).

Availability on request. All prices include production and assembly/disassembly and are subject to VAT.

Video production on site

  • 60-second corporate video in HD quality directly from the exhibition at your stand.
  • Post-production (editing, title insertion, sound, German subtitles) within 24 hours.
  • The videos are produced in the CI/CD of the event (intro-outro with logo).
  • The video can be produced without event branding for an additional charge of CHF 100.-

Co-exhibitor fee

A co-exhibitor fee of CHF 1'990 will be charged for each co-exhibitor registered.

Insurance

Liability insurance for personal injury and property damage with a sum insured of CHF 5 million, as well as property insurance for fire and natural hazards up to CHF 10'000 are components of the participation packages at Ilmac.
If you require higher insurance cover, this must be purchased additionally.

By this registration, you confirm that you will take out the following insurance policies with sufficient sums insured and for the duration of the contract:

  • Liability insurance for personal injury and property damage with a sum insured of > CHF 5 million, if the amount covered by the participation package is too low;
  • Property insurance for fire and natural hazards of > CHF 10'000, if the amount covered by the participation package is too low;
  • Transport insurance for all risks (loss and damage including coverage for property damage and losses resulting from damage by third parties, breakages, rust and oxidation, waterlogging, leakages, theft or loss, robbery and damage as a result of all accidents involving means of transport)
  • Exhibition insurance (coverage as for transport insurance but excluding damage that occurs during transportation)

You can apply to take out the above insurance policies from Baloise Insurance Ltd via m-manager.
MCH will ask you to submit the relevant proofs of insurance approximately two weeks before construction work begins. If you are unable to present these proofs of insurance to MCH at this point in time, or can only present individual proofs of insurance, MCH will purchase the missing insurance policies in its own name but for your account, in which case a coverage shortfall may occur. You hereby accept the risk of a coverage shortfall arising in scenario and agree to bear the shortfall yourself. The insurance premium and all taxes charged will be billed to you on the final invoice.
However, you may also submit a written waiver to us up to two weeks before construction begins in which you declare that you do not want MCH to purchase insurance policies for you. The appropriate form for the waiver can also be found in m-manager.


Additional services

A) In particular, the following additional services must be obtained from the official partners of MCH Swiss Exhibition (Basel) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MCH") for a fee if you require them:

  • Catering1)
  • Technical connections (e.g. electricity, water etc.)
  • Event technology
  • Materials handling vehicles
  • Management of empties

You can find details of the individual services of each official partner, which you can order from them as required, in the various service shops (m-manager, Smartlog), along with all prices and all other required information.

The services will be provided directly by MCH’s official partners. Orders can be submitted from spring 2025.

The official partner will contact you receiving your order.

We will bill any services you order from our official partners in the name and on behalf of those official partners in our final invoice and collect the amount due accordingly.

 

Exceptions: 1)
In divergence from Clause 9 of the Exhibitor Regulations (last updated: September 2023), during the opening hours of the exhibition, exhibitors or companies employed by them are permitted to serve food and drinks free of charge to visitors at their booth, providing these are intended to be consumed in situ (e.g., as part of tastings, occasional catering, food stands, or event catering). No alcohol may be served to children and young people under the age of 16. Distilled alcoholic drinks may not be served to children and young people under the age of 18. Ceteris paribus, exhibitors are required to comply with any and all applicable legal provisions.

 

B) The following additional services must be obtained from MCH subject to a charge:

  • Basic presence on the online platform (if not included)
  • Suspensions (Rigging)
  • Transport and handling of goods on the exhibition grounds

All prices are in Swiss francs and exclusive of Swiss value added tax of currently 8.1 %.

The services may be provided by MCH itself or by official partners it has enlisted.
