You are registering for Igeho 2027.
Please complete a separate registration form for each exhibitor or co-exhibitor.

All prices are in Swiss francs exclusive of Swiss value-added tax, which is currently 8.1%.

Type of participation

Registration of a co-exhibitor

By way of derogation from Section 1.2 of the Exhibitor Regulations (status: September 2025), the co-exhibitor can register directly for the exhibition as a co-exhibitor on the main exhibitor's exhibition space, stating the name of the main exhibitor. In this case, admission as a co-exhibitor is dependent on you as the main exhibitor confirming the co-exhibitor's registration on your exhibition space in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) to MCH. The exhibitor contract is only concluded between the main exhibitor and MCH.

A co-exhibitor fee of CHF 1,990 plus Swiss VAT, which is currently 8.1%, will be charged for each co-exhibitor registered.

  • With at least 3 co-exhibitors: CHF 1,490/co-exhibitor
  • With at least 5 co-exhibitors: CHF 1,290/co-exhibitor 
  • With co-exhibitors from the same company: CHF 1,290/co-exhibitor

Temporary Event and Hospitality Permit
(Application for Bar Sales)

A permit is mandatory and required if you sell food or beverages (including at cost price) and offer the possibility of on-site consumption at your stand (own tables, counters or surfaces):

  • Yes, this applies to our stand and I will apply for a temporary event and hospitality permit for CHF 150. The required documents can be found via the links provided. 
  • No, this does not apply to our stand, as no on-site consumption takes place at our stand (no own furniture, tables, etc.).

Applying for a Temporary Event and Hospitality Permit:

To apply for such a temporary event and hospitality permit, please complete the attached form and send it to the Building and Hospitality Inspectorate.
 

Visitor Marketing Flat Fee

Use Igeho 2027 strategically to engage your customers, partners, and business contacts in the hospitality sector. With the Visitor Marketing Package, you’ll receive practical tools to easily and effectively invite relevant trade visitors to the trade show.
The package includes personalized priority codes and invitation links, digital customer invitations, as well as social media templates and banner templates for your communications. Supplementary webinars provide tips on segmentation, targeting specific audiences, and running a successful visitor marketing campaign.
This will help you increase the visibility of your trade show presence and attract the right visitors to your booth.

Waste Disposal Flat Rate Igeho 2027

The waste disposal flat rate for Igeho 2027 includes the provision of waste bags for set-up and dismantling as well as for the trade fair operation. Rates are calculated based on stall size.

Included in the flat rate:

  • Collection of waste bags from the hall manager’s office during set-up and dismantling 
  • Provision of skips in the hall for the disposal of waste bags 
  • One-time distribution of waste bags for trade fair operation to the stands before the start of the fair 
  • Collection of waste containers after the fair closes during the fair days 
  • Additional collection of waste bags from the hall manager’s office if required 
  • Use of the collection points for glass, paper and PET in the utility rooms 

Not included or charged separately:

  • Bulky waste, wood and larger waste items must be palletised separately 
  • The collection of bulky waste must be coordinated with the hall manager 
  • Disposal of bulky waste is subject to a charge; conditions are defined on site 
  • Organic waste and used oil are also subject to a charge; corresponding containers are available from the hall manager’s office

Additional services

A) In particular, the following additional services must be obtained from the official partners of MCH Swiss Exhibition (Basel) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MCH") for a fee if you require them:

  • Catering 1)
  • Technical connections (e.g. electricity, water etc.)
  • Event technology
  • Materials handling vehicles
  • Management of empties

You can find details of the individual services of each official partner, which you can order from them as required, in the various service shops (m-manager, Smartlog), along with all prices and all other required information.

The services will be provided directly by MCH’s official partners. Orders can be submitted from spring 2025.

The official partner will contact you receiving your order.

We will bill any services you order from our official partners in the name and on behalf of those official partners in our final invoice and collect the amount due accordingly.

Exceptions: 1)
Contrary to section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Participation in Exhibitions (last updated: September 2025), exhibitors are permitted to serve food and drink to visitors within their exhibition space free of charge for consumption on site (e.g. in the context of occasional taverns, food stands or event catering), either himself or through companies engaged by him, during the opening hours of the exhibition. The distribution of alcoholic beverages to children and young people under the age of 16 is prohibited. The sale of distilled alcoholic beverages to children and young people under 18 years of age is prohibited. Exhibitors must also comply with all other applicable provisions of the law.

B) The following additional services must be obtained from MCH subject to a charge:

  • Obligatory basic advertising package
  • Suspensions (Rigging)
  • Transport and handling of goods (only on the exhibition grounds and with a total weight of > 3.5t)

All prices are in Swiss francs and exclusive of Swiss value added tax of currently 8.1 %.

The services may be provided by MCH itself or by official partners it has enlisted.

Insurance

You confirm that you will take out the following insurance policies with sufficient sums insured and for the duration of the contract:

  • Liability insurance for personal injury and property damage as well as resulting financial losses with coverage of at least CHF 5 million.
  • Property insurance for fire and natural hazard damage
  • Transport insurance for all risks (loss and damage including coverage for property damage and losses resulting from damage by third parties, breakages, rust and oxidation, waterlogging, leakages, theft or loss, robbery and damage as a result of all accidents involving means of transport)
  • Exhibition insurance (coverage as for transport insurance but excluding damage that occurs during transportation)

You can apply to take out the above insurance policies from Baloise Insurance Ltd via m-manager.
MCH will ask you to submit the relevant proofs of insurance approximately two weeks before construction work begins. If you are unable to present these proofs of insurance to MCH at this point in time, or can only present individual proofs of insurance, MCH will purchase the missing insurance policies in its own name but for your account, in which case a coverage shortfall may occur. You hereby accept the risk of a coverage shortfall arising in scenario and agree to bear the shortfall yourself. The insurance premium and all taxes charged will be billed to you on the final invoice.
However, you may also submit a written waiver to us up to two weeks before construction begins in which you declare that you do not want MCH to purchase insurance policies for you. The appropriate form for the waiver can also be found in m-manager.
