Your poster at the Scientific Poster Wall

1 F4 Poster for CHF 500.-

The Ilmac Poster Session offers a platform for institutions, companies and experts to present their research results on a poster.
The Ilmac Scientific Poster Wall is visible and accessible to over 3,300 participants over two days.
Requirements:

  • Each poster should be clearly and attractively designed to convey the most important information.
  • A poster abstract must be provided to the Ilmac team in advance by 31.08.2026.
  • Poster format: F4 poster with the dimensions 895 x 128 mm, excluding printing and graphic design.

Slot in the Speakers Corner

30 min. for CHF 1'300.–

During 30 minutes you can present your product/company to the trade fair audience in the Speakers Corner.

Startup-Area

The platform for startups, newcomers from the life science industry and newcomers to the trade fair.

Prerequisite for participation

  • Your company is no more than 3 years old (commercial register excerpt). If this is not the case, please justify why you are still a start-up when you register
  • You have a current innovation in the field of laboratory technology, process technology biotechnology or chemistry
  • Your products or services have ideally only been on the market for a short time or are about to be launched on the market
  • Live presentation of 3-5 minutes to the audience
  • Limited number of participants
  • Your application will be checked first and you will receive the final confirmation at a later date.

Included in the participation packages

The digital media package "Starter" is included in the participation packages and includes:

  • 4 posts in the online newsfeed

The "Premium" digital media package additionally includes:

Corporate video

The Video production includes:

  • 60-second company video in HD-quality directly from the exhibit at your stand.
  • Postproduction (editing, title insertion, sound, German subtitles) within 24 hours.
  • The videos are produced in the CI/CD of the event (Intro-Outro with logo).

The video can also be produced without event branding for an additional charge of CHF 100.-

Co-exhibitor

A co-exhibitor fee of CHF 2'200.- including the Basic Media Package, plus Swiss VAT, will be charged for each co-exhibitor registered.

Insurance

Liability insurance for personal injury and property damage with a sum insured of CHF 5 million, as well as property insurance for fire and natural hazards up to CHF 10'000.- are components of the participation packages Ilmac Lausanne.
If you require higher insurance cover, this must be purchased additionally.

Additional services

A) In particular, the following additional services must be obtained from the official partners of Ilmac Lausanne for a fee if you require them:

  • Technical connections (e.g. electricity, water etc.)
  • Event technology
  • Materials handling vehicles
  • Management of empties

You can find details of the individual services of each official partner, which you can order from them as required, in the various service shops along with all prices and all other required information.

The services will be provided directly by the official partners. Orders can be submitted from spring 2026.

The official partner will contact you receiving your order.

We will bill any services you order from our official partners in the name and on behalf of those official partners in our final invoice and collect the amount due accordingly.

 

B) The following additional services must be obtained from Ilmac Lausanne and are subject to a charge:

  • Extended presence on the online platform
  • Suspensions (Rigging)
  • Transport and handling of goods (only on the exhibition grounds and with a total weight of > 3.5t)

All prices are in Swiss francs and exclusive of Swiss value added tax.

The services may be provided by Ilmac Lausanne itself or by official partners it has enlisted.
