Powertage registration

You herewith register for Powertage 2026.

Please complete a separate application form for each exhibitor or co-exhibitor.

Registrations from main exhibitors made by September 30, 2025 will benefit from the early bird price. Extended until October 31, 2025!

All prices are in Swiss francs and exclusive of Swiss VAT, currently 8.1%

  • A company can only take part in the Powertage with a “participation package”.
  • Stand construction is uniform, no special constructions are possible. Exhibitors are, however, able to design their interior fittings.
  • The networking zones should be used by exhibitors and visitors as meeting and catering areas. The Powertage concept does not provide for catering on the stand area. However, if you would like a small catering service (e.g. a sweet, an energy drink), please contact us by e-mail so that we can check your request.
  • Catering: Every Forum participant, every visitor (admission from 10.00 a.m.) and all stand personnel will be served lunch between 11.30 a.m. and 1.15 p.m.. Drinks, coffee and snacks will be available in the mornings and afternoons. 
  • New: Exhibitors are requested to make active use of the contingents of vouchers/guest tickets for admission to the Powertage. The admission costs will be charged to the visitor at a special price.
  • Exhibitors are required to remain until the end of the exhibition every evening, i.e. until 5 pm on each of the three days. Stands may not be disassembled any earlier.

Participation package

Early bird price for registrations until September 30, 2025. Extended until October 31, 2025!

The stand packages are for a stand with at least one open side. We cannot guarantee more open sides.

The package includes:

  • Exhibition space incl. stand construction 
  • Basic furnishings (tables, chairs, carcass)
  • Lighting, 1 spotlight per m2
  • Carpet (anthracite charcoal)
  • Company lettering (text up to 30 characters) or a logo (4-color)
  • Booth with 1 x1 m curtain (can be canceled free of charge if not in use)
  • Power connection incl. consumption, 1 socket 230 V / 10 A
  • Stand cleaning
  • Use of the networking zone including catering 
  • Voucher codes for free exhibitor tickets (season tickets for 3 days) depending on size Participation package, incl. Admission to the Powertage Forum
    • 10 m² = 3 pieces
    • 20 m² = 6 pieces
    • 40 m² = 10 pieces
    • 60 m² = 15 pieces 
  • NEW: Voucher codes for one-day guest tickets, depending on size of participation package

  • The voucher codes are sent out by the exhibitors. The invited person benefits from a reduced admission price of CHF 85 for a day ticket.
  • NEW: as part of the participation package:
  • Basic media package worth CHF 1,090. - (obligatory) for optimum visibility 
  • NEW: Scan2Lead license (for capturing leads directly at the stand) depending on size Participation package worth CHF 229/each

  • Liability insurance for personal injury, property damage and pure financial losses with cover of up to CHF 5 million

Mitaussteller

A co-exhibitor fee of CHF 1'600 plus Swiss VAT, which is currently 8.1%, will be charged for each co-exhibitor registered (including the mandatory basic package of Powertage Event platform).

The co-exhibitor package includes: 

  • Basic media entry on Powertage website
  • Use of the networking zone including catering
  • 2 voucher codes for free exhibitor tickets (season ticket for 3 days), incl. admission to the Powertage Forum
  • NEW: 5 voucher codes for day passes. The voucher codes are sent out by the exhibitors. The invited person benefits from a reduced admission price of CHF 85 for a day ticket.
  • NEW: 1 Scan2Lead license (for capturing your leads at your stand)

Speakers Corner

Present your innovation in the fully equipped Speakers Corner in the middle of the lively xplor Startup Village. Present your innovation to a broad professional audience and in dialog with leading experts from the Swiss electricity industry.

We order the following package(s)

Innovation Pitch: Within the framework of a professional moderation, companies, startups, scaleups or research teams present their innovations one after the other.  The presentation duration is max. 5 min. per pitch session. This will be followed by a round of talks with the experts.

Products & Solutions: Product presentations and solutions are presented in the form of short talks of 10 min. and professionally moderated. Followed by Q&A with participants on site.

Availability on request. All prices include production and are subject to VAT. Productions are made from print-ready data. Orders will be confirmed in writing by the exhibition management, stating the exact delivery date and the delivery address for the advertising media or files.

Insurance

Liability insurance for personal injury, property damage, and pure financial loss with a sum insured of CHF 5 million as well as property insurance for fire and natural hazards up to CHF 10,000 are included in the Powertage participation package. If you require additional insurance cover, this must be purchased separately.

By this registration, you confirm that you will take out the following insurance policies with sufficient sums insured and for the duration of the contract:

  • Liability insurance for personal injury and property damage with a sum insured of > CHF 5 million, if the amount covered by the participation package is too low;
  • Property insurance for fire and natural hazards of > CHF 10'000, if the amount covered by the participation package is too low;
  • Transport insurance for all risks (loss and damage including coverage for property damage and losses resulting from damage by third parties, breakages, rust and oxidation, waterlogging, leakages, theft or loss, robbery and damage as a result of all accidents involving means of transport)
  • Exhibition insurance (coverage as for transport insurance but excluding damage that occurs during transportation)

You may submit an application for the above insurance policies to Basler Versicherung AG.
MCH will request submission of the relevant insurance certificates approximately two weeks prior the start of set-up.  Should you at this time be unable to provide MCH with any or only individual proofs of insurance and have not submitted a waiver to MCH, MCH will take out the required insurance policies in its own name but at your expense. Please note that this may result in a shortfall in cover. You shall accept and bear any risk in the event of a shortfall in cover. You will be charged the insurance premium and any taxes levied as part of your final invoice.
You may, however, also submit a written waiver to us up to two weeks prior to the start of set-up, in which you declare that you wish to waive the purchase of insurance by MCH.

Additional services

A) In particular, the following additional services must be obtained from the official partners of MCH Swiss Exhibition (Basel) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MCH") for a fee if you require them:

  • Technical connections (e.g. electricity, water etc.)
  • Event technology
  • Materials handling vehicles
  • Management of empties

You can find details of the individual services of each official partner, which you can order from them as required, in the various service shops (m-manager, Smartlog), along with all prices and all other required information.

The services will be provided directly by MCH’s official partners. Orders can be submitted from spring 2026.

The official partner will contact you receiving your order.

We will bill any services you order from our official partners in the name and on behalf of those official partners in our final invoice and collect the amount due accordingly.

B) Where required, you will need to book the following payable services with MCH directly:

  • Upgrades on the online platform
  • Suspensions (Rigging)
  • Transport and handling of goods (only on the exhibition grounds and with a total weight of > 3.5t)

All prices are in Swiss francs and exclusive of Swiss value added tax.

The services may be provided by MCH itself or by official partners it has enlisted.
